Order will be shipped USPS First Class Package and/ or USPS Priority Mail. You will receive a shipping confirmation along with the tracking number for your order.
RETURN POLICY In order to receive a refund on your order you need to complete the following: 1) You must email us to obtain our shipping instructions. 2) All returns must be shipped with tracking number and the tracking number needs to be emailed to us upon shipping. 3) Return requests are accepted within 14 days of delivery. 4) We must receive your track-able return within 30 days from date of delivery. 5) All products must be in their original, unmarked packaging suitable for resale. 6) We charge a 20% restocking fee on all returns. 7) Shipping charges are non-refundable and if the items were sold with FREE SHIPPING then we deduct actual cost of the shipping from your refund. 8) Buyer pays return shipping fees and are non-refundable.
In a rare instance an item you order is out of stock we will promptly inform you of the shortage and will refund you for the item not in stock.
Orders ship same business day if payment clears before 11:00 am EST (excludes weekends and holidays).
